Under the “The Hong Kong Re-industrialisation Initiative, Wang Lee and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) successfully turned traditional sandbag packaging into an automatic AI process, facilitating an upgrade for the industry.
The HKPC has deployed the IIOT sensors and the HMI interface at Wang Lee self-developed sandbag packaging mechinery in order to achieve real-time process control and process automation. The big data obtained during the automated process is extremely useful on planning for the material supply and the weight measurement is a good product quality guarantee for our customers.
